Lookout

This was taken just before daybreak at Machu Picchu on the agricultural tiers across from the main site. This is where everyone waits for the sun to come up and illuminate Machu Picchu giving photographers and tourists what is known as "the money shot". There is an eeerie stillness among the throngs of people as the first rays appear. Then only the sound of hundreds of clicking shutters.
